The manual was developed by the University of Bielefeld, one of our project partners in GENTRAIN, and provides a comprehensive description of the application as well as a practical introduction to using the software effectively.

GENTRAIN is an innovative software solution for genetically based tracing of infection chains.
It was developed at the Universtit盲tsklinikum D眉sseldorf as part of a research project commissioned by the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and funded by the European Union (NextGenerationEU).
The goal of GENTRAIN is to support public health authorities and research institutions in understanding infection chains, analyzing outbreaks more efficiently, and visualizing infection dynamics.
